RETURN & EXCHANGES POLICY

All items are final sale. If you have any concerns regarding sizing, please contact us via email with any of your concerns prior to your purchase.

If you’ve received your items and the sizing isn’t right, we will happily exchange your items for you within 7 days (1weeks) of a confirmed delivery as long as the merchandise isn’t damaged. You may also refer to the FAQ section on our site for more information regarding sizing. You can ship your exchange order to the P.O Box listed below. Please do not do so until you’ve spoken to a member of our staff via email.

If you would like to make a future purchase with us after you’ve already Returned your order, we will issue you a store credit for the amount purchased, so you can Exchange it. Please allow 24-48 hours.Â

We have a 7-days  (1 week) exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a exchanged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.Â

 within the 7 days about your exchange. Once it is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted.Â

Damages and issuesÂ
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable itemsÂ
Certain types of items cannot be returned/exchange like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.Â
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
ExchangesÂ
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the exchange is accepted, we will make a separate purchase for the new item to be shipped to you & we will do an even exchange with the cost of what you purchase before.
